Pursuant to Public Officers Law Section 73-a, Calendar Year 2024 Annual Statements of Financial Disclosure have been mailed out to all legislators and required legislative staff. The Annual Statement of Financial Disclosure is due back to the Legislative Ethics Commission by May 15, 2025. If you have any questions or need assistance filling out your form, please contact our office as soon as possible. Forms must be received, or postmarked, by May 15, 2025 to be considered timely filed.
