WIDELY ATTENDED EVENTS
The following events have been reviewed by the Legislative Ethics Commission staff. Based upon the information received, the following events meet the statutory definition of a "widely attended event" (New York State Legislative Law Section 1-c(j)(ii)) and are excluded from the definition of a gift or are otherwise acceptable to attend pursuant to Public Officers Law 73 & 74. Members of the Legislature and legislative staff may attend these events. Staff members should have the approval of their supervisors.
