Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Legislative Ethics Commission has extended the deadline for Legislators and legislative staff to
file CY 2019 Annual Statements of Financial Disclosure, to July 15, 2020, which coincides with the income tax filing date.
The LEC will continue to accept forms prior to that date, but forms must be filed or postmarked by July 15, 2020.

John J. Nigro is the President of Nigro Companies, Inc. a commercial real estate development and management company located in Albany, NY.  Mr. Nigro is the Vice Chair for the Board of Trustees for Siena College and is an honorary member of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Board of Trustees in Troy, NY.  In addition,  Mr. Nigro is a member of the Board of Directors for Albany Medical Center,  and the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.  He also sits on the Executive Board for the Boy Scouts of America, Twin Rivers Council, Inc, the Center for Economic Growth, Albany, N.Y., the Albany Symphony Orchestra, and the Capital Region Youth Tennis Foundation,  Mr. Nigro is also Chair of the Alexis de Tocqueville Society of the United Way, Northeastern New York.
